How this calculator works
Choose a shape and enter its finished dimensions. The result multiplies one shape by the quantity, which is useful for identical rooms, walls, windows or panels.
Formula: rectangle: L × W; triangle: B × H ÷ 2; circle: π × (D ÷ 2)²
Worked example
A 12 ft by 10 ft room is 120 ft². Two identical rooms total 240 ft², or 26.67 yd² and 22.3 m².
